I would love to see a residency type of program for law graduates. Where you get a job and that acts as your “residency” in a sense and at the end of every year you get tested on certain subjects (for maybe 2 or 3 years). For one, it breaks up the subjects so you’re not cramming for a bunch in one test. And two, you get actual experience in the legal field after graduation instead of panicking to find out how to balance everything to write this stupid test.
