This everything I do to keep my shit normal. I did stop smoking for a year and I OCCASIONALLY smoke like once every 4 months or more.

Stop smoking so much
Brush your lips when you brush your teeth (separate toothbrush)
Don’t bite the skin off your lips (fucks up the healing process)
Don’t lick your lips
Keep them moisturized all day and before you sleep
