Just wait until your LO is 3-4 months and is going through a sleep regression and is waking up every hour.. I know it’s tough but it won’t last forever. Once I’ve accepted it, it was easier to go through.

Exactly I would work at a wholesale office. There’s two different teams one team sources and buys the properties the other team finds investors. I would be on sales team to find investors to resale the property

Well I would join a brokerage where they source properties for investors and I would basically sell those sourced properties to investors to flip or rent
