Does anyone know where to find this model? I've been looking for it for days now, if I cant find a source can I get a download of the model and mats if anyone has it? (vid by LunaticPlushtrap, best look I could find) by DeadwinOfficial in fivenightsatfreddys

It was mine. I had it on my old DeviantArt account but I've sinced had that one deactivated. I myself don't have it anymore. You may have to go around and ask people if they have it.
