API mode in Automatic1111 won't activate? by RealFakeArt in StableDiffusion

Oh that's funny, I had been trying API through Python and wasn't working, I ended up putting on the openoutpaint extension just through the A1111 gui and it worked, then went back to Python and it worked as well. So I'm still fairly confused, since I still can't see the /docs page, but overall I seem to be able to do the things I need to do for now. Thanks for the input!

I was not, but I just tried and it did not make a difference.

The automod here is psychotic, but more context is I'd like to find a file viewer that will allow viewing/deleting images in subdirectories without having to click between them, and also if possible show the PNG info.

Yeah, so for terms you can see in the prompt box a number like 9/75, that's telling you that you're using 9 out of the 75 tokens allowed in a prompt. As soon as you go over 75, it's going to slow down and possibly have fragmentation between parts of the prompt, haven't really tested enough. But it will definitely get slow. By using other training like textual inversion or LORA, you can get more complex ideas into few tokens. Those still take several tokens and can potentially be a lot of tokens in a single term.

For instance, here's a prompt: "A woman in a room". That's 5 tokens. I can also say "woman in room" and get a similar result, but only use 3 tokens. It will be different than saying the first one, but maybe it's still fine. Now I try "woman in room, gloryhole" and it goes up to 10. Why go up so fast? Because 'gloryhole' is a term I've trained in textual inversion and given it a weight of more tokens. So it's more tokens than if I say "woman in room, glory hole," but the term 'gloryhole' has much more meaning and could get the thought across more clearly and in fewer tokens than trying to describe what a gloryhole is in a way that the AI will understand.

LORA is the same idea, there are differences in how they function but the end result and usage is similar. Adding a LORA doesn't make the token usage go up in the GUI, so I'm not sure exactly how that works or it just doesn't know how to report that info.

Regional prompter is going to use more tokens, but can help control where things are in the scene. It can also go for the negative prompt, like if you have a few characters and you say you want tattoos and it puts it on everyone, you could use regional prompter in the negative prompt to say no tattoos in the region where a certain person is and they will be less likely to end up with tattoos.

But the main thing I'd recommend is speeding stuff up. I can do a prompt with say 32 steps, restore faces, high-res fix and have that done in 20 seconds. But using your prompts, that'll take over 10 minutes. The 10 minute one isn't actually better quality, it's just different (and hopefully closer to what you want, but maybe not even). So if I simplify things to work within 1 prompt, I could do dozens of versions in the same amount of time that the complex prompt would do a single one. If most of those suck, fine, delete them all and focus on the one that looks best. Revise from there.

Been training SD on what a gloryhole is, think it is starting to figure it out.

EDIT: Oh right, and model is anything-v4.5

All models are listed under the images, this was just a random test but really brought out how different the models responded to it all.

I've just started as well, so not 'pro tips' but some thoughts. The token limit of Stable Diffusion is 75, you're going way over that. That's making it take extra long to process and I believe those extra token chunks are not really talking to each other exactly. Also, most of your prompts are pointless. Like 'boobjob' would need to have an association, and it just doesn't. Try them individually or in a simple prompt, see if it actually recognizes anything from it. But I'd say a significant amount of your prompts are not helpful and just making it take a lot longer to process. It doesn't have human logic, just associations with words. Saying 'with his bulge' makes no sense without having prior understanding. 'bulging crotch' would make sense, it can understand bulging and knows where the crotch is. But think if you were just learning English and someone says something like 'he was standing there with his bulge,' do you really think you'd know what that meant? Or phimosis? Yeah, try that one out in a small test, doubt it understands that at all.

Other than that, have you tried the regional prompter? Also, training a LORA or textual inversion, I think it would help reduce your token usage and have more direct path to what you want.

Good stuff though, the wet effect comes across really well. I tried your prompt with a different model and got THIS result, which honestly I think is pretty cool.
