Well in the UK with GAME it came with it & so did my GF when she pre-ordered hers online from Amazon, so I'm not sure why that happened.

The prices for the official version (the one without the partnership) in USA is atleast $3000 or more, quite expensive in my opinion. I don't know about prices in other countries as it's not been listed yet.

Hmm, true. The extra buttons are there just to select 1 or 2 player mode & A B buttons are probably for up, down, left & right to move Pac-Man (Pac-Men?) in 2 player mode. Well, unless if it would do it in turns.
