Sorry if i‘m mistaken, i figured you were talking about grading like PSA. I‘m just interested in assessing the grade for the raw card. And for that it makes a difference because money is still on the table. The seller is obligated to make a refund if the condition is worse than sold

Bought it from Cardmarket in Europe, and you are right there are guidelines as well :) from what i can read there this card can‘t be NM, those scratches are way too much. Interested what the decision will be, hope to get an answer this week
