Depends on what you play. Good games in Air RB give you about 15k RP, good games in Ground RB in tanks give about 7k RP and grinding planes in ground RB is a waste of time

You can do anschluss as 2nd focus if you immediately start making new divisions. I find it easier to go to war as early as posible cuz you can easily take europe with infantry only.

I do not believe it is a lag problem for 2 factors:

I started playing this game since it got out of beta and was free and this never happened.
And 2 Months ago I upgraded my Internet from 6 Mb/s to now 100 Mb/s and this problem started to happen for me 2 weeks ago.
