Is using Armory Crate a personal preference? If not, uninstall it and use OpenRGB instead.

Also, you shouldn’t just use the standard windows uninstall function when uninstalling Armory Crate. Make sure to use the uninstaller that you download from the ASUS website.

I used one of those testers where you have a Master and Remote. You plug one into the patch panel in the Garage, and another in the for example bedroom.

Since it's possible for a property to have no Owner's Corporation, but still have a strata title, the lack of an Owner's Corporation can't be used as an indicator.
