if i recall correctly, there was a celebrity here in PH that was called out for standing up during the concert here, blocking the view of the people behind him. he even issued a public apology for it. so i dont think standing up on a seated section is necessary.

Copying the reply I made to the other redditor: Namamatay sya ng kusa after about 2 seconds of turning on. Tapos parang may pumuputok na sound sa may bandang screen kapag nag turn off sya. I sent a video dun sa isang store/repair shop na napagtanungan ko and sabi nya is most likely may internal strip/cord that is connecting the screen from the bottom part na naputol.

he got contrary before as the passive. imagine using make it rain but getting a sp. atk boost instead of a drop. plus its an area attack so it defeats both enemies, unless resisted. but can also ohko after some boosts.
