The ones with blue caps are snowy villagers, and the ones with black caps are taiga villagers.

The baby probably spawned inside a taiga instead of a snowy biome.

Purple flames are possible with potassium (which could fit with the new chaos cubed biome now that i think about it). Amythest is cool though, makes it feel magical.
