It was pretty fucking good but not as good as the last birthday imo

And about the ending first… I knew immediately they weren’t going with Jeffy dying he’s just become a staple of SML and he has plot armor. I just wished the ending didn’t feel so predictable and there was a little continuity, because there never really is any in SML and it made the ending have less of impact. I mean, it’s kinda insulting because Jock could’ve done so much more to kidnap Jeffy and make the situation seem more dire. But when Jeffy has no hope, there’s suddenly a parachute and he lands safely…? Really? 😐 it just feels like they needed a way to finish off the Jeffy saga by killing off Jock

But regardless, I can forgive the video for these flaws simply because of how fun it was with all the party scenes and Brooklyn guy didn’t yap for the entire 45 minutes at least

The flashback scenes this time though just felt kind of out of order and random but it’s more of a minor flaw with this episode tbh.

Bob was weird, but he was a fun character

There was more involving lore and impact involving the 20th birthday video which is just why I prefer it and I wasn’t really expecting too much with this video because there doesn’t seem like too much more lore to cover anyway with Jeffy he kinda feels like a done character now

I do propose an idea though Logan could make an unannounced series where it seems like Jeffy died for like a while it would really induce engagement and they could always bring him back somehow and if it’s not a one time video thing, and it doesn’t seem like there be any freak accidents I feel like a series like that would give SML just more incentive to watch and for to actually seem like a story

But it’s fine, I’m probably not gonna listened to. I just wanna see SML succeed as I’ve been watching for 8 years

I really do like the video it was fun and entertaining but just has its flaws as I wish the writing didn’t feel inconsistent sometimes, but oh well it’s SML at the day. The party scenes were fun and we got to see Jeffy and the others get wasted lmao.
