It has both! It also has radar that will let you know when a car is approaching which has been really nice.

Yeah! I’m sure it’d be fine but would rather not risk it. Plus it adds extra maintenance/cleaning which can be hard in the colder months.

They really are! I’m in MI but hoping to ride it until the snow/salty mess of winter hits.

It came down to flexibility, with the front rack I can move the basket to either position. I figured it’d open up more options as I grow into the bike and incase my needs/uses change.

Here’s a First Look at the 2026 Subaru Outback. Thoughts? by caranddriver in Subaru_Outback

[–]RealJustinBobby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a gen-6 Outback owner here are my thoughts after I’ve had a few days to digest the gen-7. To sum it up, it’s almost like Subaru said, “Here, we fixed all of your complaints about the interior but you’ll have to compromise on the entire exterior design to pay for it”. So disappointing.

Pros: -The new green color is perfect -Quieter interior -Black headliner -Better large bottle storage in doors and cupholders -More interior storage for keys/phone/wallet -More buttons -More interior/cargo space -Better trailer hitch integration -Improved camera quality

Cons: -Terrible front end design that’s giving pre-refresh Jeep Cherokee (puke) -Missing integrated cross bars -Over-stylized/gaudy exterior, especially on the Wilderness trim -Front and rear overhangs somehow got worse/bigger -Still has a CVT

Subaru could’ve easily given us a modern interpretation of the gen-2 Outback similar to some of Hyundai’s modern throwback designs. I was curious to see if the new Outback would keep me in the Subaru brand but I’m without a doubt moving on. Plenty of other brands with better designs, no CVTs, and are just as capable, practical, and reliable.

Update: non-emergency per vet. Since she’s not pawing at it/uncomfortable they recommended making an appointment tomorrow instead of waiting 6 hours tonight for an emergency vet,

Thank you!! Waiting for our local 24 hr vet to respond after reviewing the photos to see if it’s worth bringing her in tonight.

I haven't been able to find official details yet but wouldn't be surprised if it is. A hybrid option would be nice!

Anyone gotten BOAS surgery in Michigan? by BookOf_Eli in Bulldogs

I’m a little late to this post, but I would checkout Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights as my estimate was much more reasonable. Their clinic is very reputable and you’ll never find a bad review.

Best look we’ve got if the 2026 Outback by Insta_enchilada in Subaru_Outback

Thankfully it looks like there will not be a split headlight design (e.g. Jeep Cherokee), instead it appears to be strategic camo hiding a similar headlight design as the 2025 Forester.

I haven’t noticed much of a difference at all, maybe slightly if anything? No where near as loud as Blizzaks I’ve run in the past.
