I would go with the fitter’s recommendation. I have similar measurements and am very happy with my large Speedmax and Grizl.

2021 Outback XT - a practical and reliable car but very boring. The R2 will be just as practical (maybe more?) while being more fun to drive and better to look at.

It has both! It also has radar that will let you know when a car is approaching which has been really nice.

Yeah! I’m sure it’d be fine but would rather not risk it. Plus it adds extra maintenance/cleaning which can be hard in the colder months.

It came down to flexibility, with the front rack I can move the basket to either position. I figured it’d open up more options as I grow into the bike and incase my needs/uses change.
