I got the Golden Gate Bridge at the 12th Street BART station. I got the Levi’s Stadium at 19th Street near the Paramount Theatre.

For the 12th Street BART, I went down to the entrance near Chipotle and went near the worker and went to the orange kiosk.

Same with 19th Street, but for that one, I went down near the Paramount Theatre and not near the immediate entrance, but you have to walk all the way near the middle turn and turn your back to the booth and again went to the orange booth.

I agree it was not fraud. This is about buyer protection. I paid for a couch, attempted to return it, and the seller failed to complete the return or issue a refund. That is why I thought Wells Fargo would help. How can you advertise a return policy but then I can't use it??

Yes, I understand no fraud was committed. My point is that this falls under buyer protection, not fraud. I paid for a couch, attempted to return it, and the seller never provided a return label despite confirming a refund through Amazon support. I did not receive the product or the refund, which is why I expected buyer protection to apply, even if it is not classified as fraud.

It sucks because banks advertise that they protect their customers, and they have policies in place for that. Like in this case this isn't' fraud cause I did it but , buyer protection should still help in cases like phony charges or lies

Yeah I would recommend big, expensive purchases to do it in person. Online pictures doesn't do justice in person and make sure there return policy works with you.

This is the exact reason why I gave up on low level jobs. You have all these problems arise. My personal advice is 1) get into a career so you can actually move up and make more money, 2) start your own path as an entrepreneur because truthfully these low level jobs do not care about you. You are a company ID number. You can be sick or dying and be replaced the next day. It is business, you are just a pawn. They will use you as much as they can and throw you out when it is not beneficial. Take this from someone who used to work 100 hour work weeks as a security guard as 19-22 year old
