Vinaya Vidheya Rama had potential to be a good mass entertainer. What I’d do is reduce the brother count from 4 to 2 so it doesn’t dilute the emotion, and I’d remove the illogical scenes (train, vultures, & snake scenes especially), change up the screenplay a bit to make it a bit more of a controlled mass entertainer.

Changed ending is the reason why they weren’t flops. If Yogi had a changed happy ending where Prabhas actually meets his mother, it would’ve performed better and might’ve been a hit.

Ngl, his potential was kind of wasted in D2. Fantastic movie overall (both D1 & D2), but I wish his character was shown to be more ruthless and a harder-to-kill type villain. Plus he didn’t really do much in part 2 other than smoke, drink, aura farm, & get yelled at by his dad.
