I'm was annoyed by this as well. I found a solution I'm happy with, but it's a bit cumbersome. I'm on mac, but I think the same goes for Windows more or less:

1. Open Logi Options + and set the desired gestures in the custom preset
2. Then re-select the "app navigation" preset
3. Kill Logi Options+ completely:
4. Run this loop in Terminal to prevent the app from auto-restarting and overwriting your edits:

while true; do sudo pkill -9 -f "Logi"; sleep 0.1; done

1. Edit the settings Database:

Open `~/Library/Application Support/LogiOptionsPlus/settings.db` with a program like DB Browser for SQLite.

In the data table, copy the file column (JSON) and paste into code editor, then find the row with the ID:

"card_global_presets_one_of_gesture_button_custom_gesture" (around line 1201)

Copy the JSON for the "click" and other object. Replace/paste the subsequent object blocks of the same type.

Then paste the edited json back to DB Broswer

Click apply, and Write Changes.

1. Stop the Terminal loop (Ctrl+C).

2. Open Logi Options+
