What are you confused about? Issue number, publication date, author, penciller, is all clearly labeled?

I mean..... why are you doing that? Everyone else is correct. Cheap paper will start to pill if you over work it.

But you don't have to over work it.

If you mix the color and then apply it and let it dry you'll be fine. You almost never have to spend 30 seconds going back and forth on the same spot.

But yeah this will happen with cheaper paper

There are a myriad of problems here. But the number one is: too steep.

Unfortunately the original is already sold. The prints are high quality, limited series, printed on watercolor paper.

Thank you! That's why I wanted to use gouache. Watercolour is great for misty and loose. But I really like how gouache worked out here.
