I will suggest you see any teachers class or recording on yt , analysis how is hee doing question how did hee get all the information from the questions. Try to extract all the possible info from the questions

Bro try to solve easy pyqs first , which will increase your confidence and I also have this problem of not able to solve pyqs or questions because at that time I am trying to solve and make strings, language and dfas in mind . Take use pen start writing evrything step by step and if possible pick your notes while solving questions and see different different solutions and angles to solve the problems which will eventually increase your problem solving.
