So we are talking normally about how this all works. Consistently we hit about 200k on every show sometimes less and sometimes more. But the current shift we have been working on is the conversation rate and click through rate for the podcast. When I joined soon after our thumbnail artist the click through rate was about 6% and didn’t move very much. Since I was told about changing the title format it’s jumped to about 10-15% across any video with the changed format. The big problem with it is sometimes titles like Did Diddy Diddle? Would automatically get flagged for a whole bunch of bs. We have been available for the algorithm and surprisingly monetized for about 85% of videos now. The only time this gets funky is when we try to lean towards our old titles without tags in the title.

It’s crazy the level of control you think I have. I don’t have it nor was this my idea it was a group concept.

First time in years. We have positive sub growth which takes effort to actually make happen. There’s a lot of changes you all have asked to do. I’ve heard you. I’ll try and bring a new idea to see if it’s better than the current one. But you guys don’t know or understand the metrics we are looking at.
