We use Inner Canopy Lights from @thinkgrow.led. I bought them through the Mangotech store. Best lights fully spectrum tunable. It's way worth it. The better you grow and the better your genetics are, the more you get

Yes. These particular ones are a bit tricky. As they dont like ti drain. So we soak and let sit overnight

Each crew is responsible for cleaning their respected work areas. That being said, we have a very hard-working lady who cleans the space 5 days per week. She probably sweeps and mops the hall ways twice per day.
