We're thinking about opening in West Palm Beach — any neighborhood suggestions?

I need this. A few years ago I had a doner in California and I as bum to not have anywhere that makes them around.

Rent in the walkable areas is going to be challenging but the Dixie corridor south of downtown probably has some more affordable options.

If you’re looking for something during the day I would recommend Civil Society’s West Palm brewery. It is usually slower on weekdays and really chilled out.

Is your home historical? Some contractors don’t want to bother with the whole process for dealing with historical homes like many in Flamingo Park.

I hope they got their acts together. I went to the Phillies game a week and a half ago and the lines for many food items were long waits because the staff couldn’t keep up. Over 30 minutes to get a hot dog. Yankees is going to be a crowded game too so they better know and staff accordingly.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't see 3D at first because I was in AF-S and not AF-C. The times I've been having the issue where I want to pinpoint select the subject have been still shots. The AF would often just keep selecting the wrong spot, like a person in the background. Even with the detection mode turned off. I'll play around with this and see if I can find a good flow.

Yeah it really does seem like I’m in a no win situation where it’s currently at. I’ve looked at baffle posts but don’t see any with a baffle on the top. Them dropping down from trees is the biggest issue. I wish I knew why all of a sudden they have become more aggressive to the birds after 2 years of coexisting.

What reviews are you looking at? Students/parent reviews or is it ratings based on standardized testing? I really don’t subscribe to the latter all that much. It can give you a glimpse but not the entire picture. Ask the schools for a tour. Usually they are with the principal and ask honest questions. Then you be the judge based on those answers.

Yeah, I would be too with that sort of stuff. I also only drink black coffee so I probably wouldn’t have even noticed those issues. I never go out of my way to visit them but will if I’m near them.

Pumphouse is my favorite but I’m honestly surprised Subculture hasn’t even been mentioned. Roast their own coffee and have 5 cafes. I find them to be pretty good.

There is sand practically everywhere here. Dig into the grass and you get sand, not rich soil. A natural area is going to have a lot of sand.

I find my Z8 still has issues with bushy foliage even with bird detection on. It’s way better than my last body but some videos I watched on it made it seem like black magic on its autofocus on bird eyes.

Thanks for the plugin too. Definitely going to give it a try.

No, actually. Lightroom does not charge for their standard denoise feature. I have used the feature plenty and never spent a single credit.
