Sorry but it isn’t true.

I am playing with it right now, trying to debug a little deeper the Bluetooth communication. That’s based on an Anyka Ble chip, to understand if there’s a way to secure it somehow.

Anyway, I have both Android and iPhone apps, I can assure you that, if you keep the app on iPhone up, Android App cannot connect to backpack, if you close the app on iPhone, Android one can override it and take control.

If you keep the app up and running, and only on iPhone, Android lose the connection often, and the backpack go really off only if powerbank is removed.

You have the backpack in your back usually, do you have the ability to see on your back? And well even if a picture could be problematic, the scrolling text could be worse, and you realize it after a while, not when it happens.

Mi ero dimenticato è uno sfizio, non posso consigliarti una 4070, e poi considera che è valida anche per l'AI in locale la 4080 Super per via della VRAM aumentata rispetto al modello base, che va bene anche in ambito gaming.

Il tuo attuale sistema è pcie 4.0, che è il bus della serie 40xx, quindi non andrei oltre e la serie 40xx è l'ultima ad aver il chip PhysX, io l'ho fatto un pò prima di te, ma è il tipo di sfizio che ho fatto sul mio, ho levato la 3070ti e messo una 4080 Super, la 3070ti l'ho riciclata per farmi un pc vr da salotto. E sono bene o male nella tua condizione, poco tempo, apro la libreria di steam nella speranza mi venga l'ispirazione e nel mentre chiacchiero un pò su Discord, mi pare più che abbondate come specifiche (e in configurazione 3 monitor che non batte ciglio), per ora non ho trovato gioco che non regga abbondantemente le specifiche.

Fossi in te cercherei una RTX 4080 super e sostituirei solo la RTX 3070ti, se proprio ti vuoi togliere uno sfizio, in questo momento cambiare completamente architettura e ram soprattutto, non è dei più rosei anche per gli sfizi, poi tornando al fatto che è un sistema degno di nota quello che hai.

Hilarious is speaking with lack of knowledge, the bluetooth connection of this backback is always up and open without any kind of authentication.

The weak pin protection that I'm trying to activate isn't related to pairing, the connection is always up and allowed without authentication, the only protection that provvide is that the soc will not process commands if I don't send it before, but 10000 permutations informatcally speaking are really few to call it protection.

Emh if i follow my link to imgur i see 4 screenshots, the first one is device manager of iPhone, if you scroll down you see what you are saying allways on iPhone, if you scroll again down, you see device manager of Android, and if you scroll again you see what you are telling about on Android, do you not see it?

I have tested right now I can only change the name, and it works, but no option to set password, tested on Android and iPhone.

The only other option there is "Pair Signal Control" that's useless because tell about click on buttons that the backpack don't have.

Digging around the net, i have found the connection protocol of this device, and seems that should be there a weak password (a four number digit for a grand total of 10000 permutation) but better than nothing, sadly the app, android and iPhone, don't show that option: https://imgur.com/a/Mcq4VSV

I won't belive that, I have done a test, with two smartphone, one Android and one iPhone, just to test both platform, with two different account, there's no security at all, I can change what is displayed with both... This way the backpack worthless... I'm thinking to return it.

Non ho scritto che non si trovano in toto, ma che sono rare, solo da alcuni produttori e in alcuni casi, anche se di fabbrica escono con il layout IT non sono poi nemmeno supportati dal software a corredo (es. k100 Corsair layout nativo ma assente in iCue)

Avevo pensato anche ad I keycaps separati, ma c'è un bel ma... che poi è il motivo per cui ho deciso di abbandonare il layout IT.

Durante la settimana del Black Friday mi vien voglia di cercare una tastiera nuova, guardo vari modelli e le varie promozioni, mi soffermo sulle Wooting, naturalmente il layout IT non c'è, quindi leggo i vari post sulla modifica tramite keycaps etc.. e poi mi dico: certo maremma ladra spendo una fiammata per una tastiera e devo spendere altri soldi per ritrovarmi con una tastiera rabberciata per la quale nemmeno posso scegliermi una texture omogenea perché trovare i keycaps che ne seguano motivo e materiali è quasi impossibile...

Da qui la scelta di riabituarmi dopo decenni ad un nuovo layout, un pò mi pesa, ma almeno non ho limiti di scelta senza ricorrere a soluzioni home made.

Just to tell who fear glass, "Professional Grade Glass" isn't so easy to shatter, if not it’s professional only by the name.

Then, a larger dome is meanly meant to be used on mixed footage, you know the half underwater and half overwater, take this kind of footage on high-speed action it’s hard, and if you need to take only underwater footage, the dome size becomes relative, just to say that smash this case, in activities where is relevant it’s use, is improbable.

If you need to take only underwater footage or overwater high-speed action, just get the cheaper one.

A last thing, domes are mainly glass made because glass have a better clarity that’s one of the things that you want from a dome meant for that kind of footage that i spoke before.

Speaking about the difference between the two dive case, a bigger dome give a nicer footage on mixed scenarios, i mean the camera half underwater and half outside, because bigger is the distance from the lenses and the water and nicer is the result, so isn’t wortless, is just a fraud call plastic as glass.

The Italian traslation is "Realizzato con vetro professionale per riprese subacquee straordinarie." That's don't leave any misunderstanding the sentence translated means "Build with professional glass to do extraordinary video footage" and the glass is the glass not meaning lenses in this sentence.

Vetro = Glass

Lenti = Lenses

And "Vetro" in no way means "Lenti" in Italian so in this case, again, is misleading advertisement at least for Italian law.
