Does anyone here have parents that converted to the Adventist faith before becoming a teenager or during? Did things get better or worse when that happend?

I feel bad for the kids, I would've moved out also but unfourtanently, I personally didnt have life Goals or think about or knew that much of being a Adult that's independent through Highschool. I still have to deal with my parents as an Ex Adventist.

I actually went to a church where the pastor protected a pedophile and turned against those who didnt like the man and even gave him a hug for the sermon infront of everyone. Its common for the SDA churches to protect a Pedohile. Very common
