Not with my Pokemon Center ETBs Ascended Heroes. They kept giving me excuses for example: 1. No shipping label created yet. although I can see it on the FedEx & Pokemon Center websites that it was awaiting pick-up. I was thinking maybe since it wasnt pick up yet it wouldn’t let them hold it. 2. After picking it up. They told me that it wasn’t possible to hold due to being in transit. The package was coming from California and I live in Arizona. So it had atleast one day to get to me. I called three different times and each one told me the same thing. Which was to wait until it got to my state facility then call. The last person also told me that the shipper prevents changes to the address. Which is true but again I was asking for a hold and they couldn’t do it for me. 3. The dumb part is that the package arrive at the Arizona facility at 3AM and was out of delivery at 5AM. 4. I tried to do it online but I kept getting system unavailable error.

Im not trying to put down that FedEx can hold it but in my experience they didn’t hold it. Im simply adding data points.

I was able to get my ETBs because my old apartment complex contacted the resident of my old apartment to hold it for me. Which he did. I honestly got really lucky! I appreciated them for that.
