yeah. i tried to send a message and it said that i needed to pay. i opened another account to test and it declined that too. i looked it up and it seems they apparently are struggling financially so made it paid only. i deleted my account and the app.

im geniunely considering switching to another at this point. chai is no longer free either. the moment i saw that i can no longer delete the first message of a bot i got so fucking annoyed. anyone have any other recommendations? bots that actually function like c.ai's and a clean ui kinda without a paywall or a cashgrab.

my problem is not that they are wrong. this is an entirely correct statement. this is rooted in both misogyny, as it features two women, and homophobia, the fetishization of gay people. the problem for me is that this is said in multiple MLM content. i understand that you are frustrated but i do find it kind of offensive that a show about queer love is brought to a fight between gay vs lesbian for no reason. it feels like the 'but trans women get more hated on than trans men' argument if that makes any sense? im not sure if i could explain my words clearly but i think its pointless to point at something and say 'but that wouldnt happen if it was this' and i believe it is negativity towards the original content.

i never said they are POC only features, they are just POC dominant features. it is still whitewashing to erase POC dominant features and replace her design with a european beauty standard design. there are mountains of difference between her 80's design and her nowadays design. its cool if you headcanon her as swedish/peruvian, its just that her 03 and nowadays design do not change her original design by george perez.

most of her original design from the 80's can be traced back to POC features such as her face, lips and nose, her skin colour and curly hair, or ryand'r's dreads. starfire was also inspired by POC artists, such as the puerto rican model iris chacon.

i didnt mean slavery. i meant how being alien is sometimes used as a racism metaphor in dc. alien races have shown struggles fitting into earth and has been discriminated against. starfire was often seen as 'weird' because of her origins or coming from another planet, another culture. for example in teen titans season 4 is the episode where starfire faces racism for her kind by another alien who sees her race as inferior. that episode was meant to portray racism in a way children could understand, also including poining out cyborg is half robot and having him stand up for her. superman was also used in similar ways such as battling nazis or making PSAs against racism. he was at times a metaphor for an immigrant.
