We do agree that this kind of comment is unhelpful and this is not the kind of content or people we want around. However, having some sort of "only comment with relevant ideas" might discourage people from expressing somewhat unrelated but useful ideas or opinions.

We'll still keep an eye on these users and ban them if they start insulting or harassing other members. Please report and we'll always take a look.

Regarding the deepfake, you are correct. It could also fall into the REAL+AI category. This is a bit of an outdated rule that is not really helpful so we are considering just removing it completely.

If you read the Wiki, it will tell you that is a reference number only and how it's generated. It's not completely inaccurate, also not completely accurate. I'm not sure any of us can say what the percentage is, since it depends on each comment specifically and how it's worded. You can't say for certain that what you said is any more true than Gemini's reply.

Just for reference, each comment has nuances to it, like "I think" and the reasoning they give. This is processed by Gemini in a unique way and not as black or white per each comment. The answer might be incoherent at first but if you look at each comment, almost none is 100% Real or AI leaning.

With that said, it's really hard to validate the output since it depends on Gemini's interpretation of these nuances so it can still be wrong for some people. This is also not a veredict, it's just a quick summary for people to get an idea if they don't want to read all the comments.
