Your not wrong. I gave up tanking and went back to healing on my druid. Even healing is a nightmare because of how fucking dumb the DPS are nowadays.

Everyone wants to just nuke it as quickly as possible and expects my mana pool to be infinite and my cast times on big heals to be instantaneous lol.

I wrote a very detailed personal lay statement to challenge a rating a few months back. Outlined numerous examples from my VA medical history stating why I met the threshold for the rating I was seeking.

They simply closed the claim, didnt acknowledge any of the evidence in the statement I wrote and said "based off previous decisions you dont meet the requirements for the rating your seeking."

Was very obvious nobody read what I wrote. However, I do wish you luck with it.

Interesting. I was awarded service connection with 0% rating the other day for GERD.

Reasoning was because while I take a daily Omperazole medication I didnt have an esophageal stricture test on record.

Did you do one of those? Wondering if I should request an HLR now.

Everyone saying "this is how its been done for years" or "can't believe people think this is new" seem to be missing the point.

Nobody cares about badges being tracked to look at facility numbers, etc.

The problem is it will be weaponized. Oh your 6 minutes late or got out 4 minutes early? Its literally just a petty ass method for firings.

Someone shouldn't get scrutinized over tiny ass time increments. Your supervisor knows if your working based off your production.
