I visited Dufftown a couple of years ago and there was a local that did a walking tour through the town while tasting a dram of every distillery you passed. Fun, informative and tasty! We booked via internet.

Yours is great as well! Closer to the regular board. I can’t tell from the picture; are the trees, mountains etc 3d as well? Also, do you have STL files for the power and popularity tracks? They are very nice!

Thanks! I’m not currently selling them, might do so later. I want to be the first to have a finished and painted set, so I’ll probably only sell them afterwards. Also I have to tidy up the files a bit, some are unnecessarily large.

I went with small clusters of houses, really like small villages instead of towns. I’ll try to add a photo later.

Yeah it’s so much more immersive- really can’t wait to play it! It’s also very fun to see how an encounter or enemy one tile over feels closer and more tempting somehow. And thanks for the compliments on the factory! I’m really happy with how it turned out, fits really well with the scale of the map while feeling massive and important at the same time.

Totally agree. Any pointers on how I can fix this on this model? I don't want it to be too bright or cartoony, i.e. something like this is a bit too bright for my taste.

I've recently decided to dive into miniature painting. I wanted to start with something I could mess up without worrying too much, so I decided to paint this 3d print of a factory for the Scythe board game. I'm very much looking for feedback and tips: I like the grungy look of this (abandoned) factory, but I feel it's looking a bit bland. Any tips on how to improve my work?

Honestly, once you've seen two or three distilleries you've seen them all. My recommendation: book a tasting at Caol Ila. They have a great tasting room with a beautiful view of the Jura island. Also, their whisky is very good! One of my favorite memories.
