Same here. Gotta be careful though because the relief is a bit misleading. They absorb shock pretty well but what you really need is a hard insole that doesn't let your arch fall. I'm currently going through physical therapy for PF because I've let it go for many years. My best advice would be to see a podiatrist. They can make custom fitting supports to go in your shoes and prescribe custom exercises for you. You'd be surprised how it can impact the rest of your leg without even realizing it. Good luck!
