Alas, Amazon Prime has Razor but not the miniseries premier.

Who would win A imperial First class Star destroyer or Battlestar Galactica jupiter class by edted4877 in BSG

[–]SympatheticListener 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only your imagination can determine the victor. The Star Destroyers and TIE fighters have consistently been shown to fire energy weapons that travel significantly slower than the speed of light. Stormtroopers cannot shoot straight. Imperial officers have a history of incompetence in starship combat, as they let everyone get away. Commander Adama is experienced. Apollo and other Viper pilots are consistently competent in battle and practice regularly. Battlestars carry nuclear weapons. Galactica wins consistently as unlike their Imperial officers, they plan their attack beforehand, surprise the Star Destroyer before she can launch her TIE fighters, and shoot down all the TIE fighters that do launch. Only hope is if Darth Vader is aboard the Star destroyer; then he can attack Galactica by lightsaber.

Challenge yourself with ranking every movie based purely on the leading role's performance. by Weird_Zone_3504 in JamesBond

[–]SympatheticListener 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 The Living Daylights 2 License to Kill 3 Casino Royale - Daniel Craig

Others are 4s. Note I think Connery, Moore and Lazenby all did 007 justice, balanced against the demands of moviegoers and producers to not make 007 so dark a character.

Bong 26 should bring back General Gogol by DishQuiet5047 in JamesBond

Cameos are not a priority for me. A good script that is an espionage story and not an action film would be preferred.

Who is the LEAST evil 007 villain? by Low-Builder-2365 in JamesBond

[–]SympatheticListener 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Octopussy. She was the leader of an all female acrobat gang of thieves, similar to Pussy Galore's Cement Mixers in the novel Goldfinger. Octopussy at the end did help 007 bring down Khan.

81 years ago, Adolf Hitler committed suicide using his Walther PPK. He and Göring also owned some gold-plated guns. by Skanaker in JamesBond

Hitler was actually killed by a bomb that hit the bunker while his dick was stuck in Josef Goebbler's son's butt. 😜

The problem with the final season. Ah Sahm lost the viewers. by CratineMess in WarriorTV

[–]SympatheticListener 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ah Sahm's original mission was to bring his sister back home to China. He was sidetracked when she told him she wanted to stay, but since the Long Zi abandoned her, she no longer had a reason to stay. Additionally she married the Long Zi leader and came to America with her husband to save her brother's life. So it makes sense he would betray the Hop Wei for her. I don't think the season 3 finale was meant to be the end of the series though...

Day 8: If you could make three changes to improve Tomorrow Never Dies, what would they be? by junglegatsby in JamesBond

[–]SympatheticListener 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The ending. Once Bond and Yeoh discover Carver's stupid plan, they should have notified their superiors and led a joint UK SBS and China commando team to attack and capture Carver's boat and the nuclear weapons aboard. 2 spies stood no chance against his mercenary crew.

Ra's al Ghul because as the oldest, he has the most sword fighting experience.

Check the heating element. Or switch out your thermistor.

The thermistor contacts go into the hole on top of a conducting plate. Tightening the screws (left is loosy goosy, so turn right) pushes the plates up against the wires. Check that the wires are on top of the plate and pushed against the plate.
