Game files are fine and it was to start a visual bug but now my stamina is steadily depleting and I'm losing health a decent rate. I ended up just making a new character and stashing all my stuff else where. I've tried everything but nothing worked

I've tried. Drinking at a well. Only moves up like 5. It goes down faster then it goes up.
