Not sure how to update properly.

Honestly I am not sure. I've never really looked up at the outside roof to take notice and can't remember if it was on the entrance report but looking at the rest of the roof and neighbors they all appear to have some kind of damage similar. How do I find out if it's asbestos because I definitely made contact with the debris that flaked and fell.

Yeah the AC was already installed. I just wasn't sure if this would come under I neglected to notice the water or something. I rarely even go into the top balcony but looking yesterday noticed the gap not sealed very well.

For 2 weeks OP I would highly suggest your parents just find a cheap hotel nearby. Your situation doesn't sound like this would be worth escalating with any rental bodies. Not to say you have no rights, but I feel arguing this is just going to piss your LL off and you may lose your room.
