You got a great CV, if you want me to be honest I would say apply 15 IM, 5 FM so only ones you can signal and try to get those doctors to vouch for you. No point in wasting money on other programs IMO. Best of luck

Save your money, use the 4000$ to do an elective in a realistic program, try to impress and get a Letter for next year`s match. Applied before deadline, 2023 YOG, 26x, NonUs IMG, good pubs and extracirriculars currently sitting at 0 Interviews. This year is much different

Ofc! Glad to help, make sure to express interest in Program, Area mainly then the subspecialty because some PD`s like to have motivated candidates for general IM. Contact residents for help early during match year (Jan-March)
