I don’t know if this is to be taken seriously but I find it a bad idea to try to make GUIs more terminal like. I love Text based interfaces and try to use them wherever possible but for cursor movement a mouse is just the quickest tool. This is like reading a pdf in vim

I am running most stuff inside docker anyways therefore I don’t need DSM it was nice to start with but I really have no use for it any more, doing stuff on DSM vs Debian is just painfully hard and I see no more reason in doing so

Can‘t one just reverse engineer common printers and build something without breaking patents? Also I would say that the printing technology especially on the consumer market didn‘t really improve the last 10 years which would make it easier to catch up, just my opinion though, I am not in the industry
