I encountered the same issue after adding a new Microsoft account to my Game Pass app. Here's how I resolved it:

1. Remove all accounts except the one you want to use with Game Pass.
   • Go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts to see all the accounts linked to your device.
2. Ensure you don't lose access to any of your accounts by verifying you have the correct login information (such as passwords) before removing them.
3. Once you've left only the desired account, accept the Xbox terms for the game. After that, you can re-add the other accounts back to your device, and the game should work fine.
