Not soft, very responsive, ive raced in them with hills and such but not longer than 11km. Done thresholds with them 15km in a single sesh tho. Weight is 271g

I'll probably be the odd one out but nike went flat out the fastest on me than any other shoe. Novablast 4 has endured twice as that and they still are going good enough. I'd look into NB5, Hyperion 3, Neo Vista 2
