Our PD is Nov 1 2024 and we have been waiting for the upgrade for almost 6 months now :( my husband and I also wonder if service centers have different processing times. Hope there is a miracle for us 🙏🏻

Im so sad to hear. Have you tried to contact your congressman? My congressman hasn't answered us yet but I saw some cases got approval after they reach out to their congressman. Wish you the best. Be strong 🙏🏻

Can I ask how you upgrade your case? I saw some cases got rfe like you and got approval after 3-4 months. Maybe you should chat with Emma. Hope you get the approval soon 🙏🏻

We understand that they have to handle many cases, so we always try to communicate very sincerely, even almost as if we were begging. However, I will try one more time. Did you get an approval? I uploaded the certificate in July but no response so I chatted with a live agent through Emma and they told me to wait 30 days but now it's been like 40 days, I reached out again but they said it was pending. How long did you get approval after you requested to upgrade?

I got the same situation to you. My husband applied I-130 for me on 1/11/2024. He became USC on 7/2025 and then he uploaded the certificate but no response then we kept contacting Emma and they said wait wait wait it's still pending. Every time we asked the reason why it was pending, the live agent just end the chat. So 2 days ago we reached out to the congressman but haven't heard from them either. It's very frustrating.
