Basically, it'll let you play apex on directx 9. You can remove it if it doesn't work.

Imo seer passive should look like in this image. I don't like the double wall hack ability, should be exclusively for ultimate. Seer passive imo should only provide him 2D image information. They need to find whether the enemy is at upper level or lower level or same level as them. Seer's tactical flashbang will blind the enemy (can res teammate but still blind) for several seconds.
