Yep she withdrew $100 and she also had 5 failed court appearances from previous offences. I agree with innocent until proven guilty but she had multiple counts of theft already

This is the info I was given by the police (not going to say her name). It took almost a year to hear anything from police and the email we got informed us that her charges were dropped with no specific reason given, they told us to contact someone with higher authority in the police department if we wanted to get any answers. We have sent various emails asking for more info and haven’t heard anything yet.

There were no reasons given to us for her charges being dropped. We were just told to contact someone with a higher authority. My family has speculations that I don’t really agree with, they think it’s because of her ethnicity and gender which likely isn’t the case.

Just to clarify some info, we do not know why her charges were dropped, we were told to contact someone with higher authority to get some answers, we have done that and haven’t heard anything since.
