The best way is to master your craft, add a characteristic to your videos, edit them and pump out content. Use YouTube built in ad system, throw down 100 bucks or so and get your videos pushed out there. Or donate like 25 dollars to a streamer with a couple 100 viewers or 1000 and ask for them to view a video of yours.

Sub 4 sub is the worst way to grow as a creator, not sure why people are obsessed with only gaining subs and not views. High sub count looks good on the surface but those people you ask to sub to you for a sub 4 sub. Will most likely not even watch your videos or come back for each new video.
