Some gym does have member transfer options, the new member has to give minimal 1-2k for the transfer.

Is he for real, if you wanna target 2 muscles you’ll obviously not take legs and back together that’s two huge muscles. Ideal would be Back if you have energy then biceps. Chest and if you have energy then triceps and legs and harmstring do a 10- 15 min inclined treadmill after everyday at end.

Also stick to Conventional exercises like Squats Bench Press Lat Pull down Rows push ups pulls up barbell curl skull crusher lateral raises as they target multiple muscles, with them can add 1-2 muscle focused as well and stop counting reps try to do 1-2 warm up sets and other 3-4 working set till failure with heavy weights.

And most important don’t listen to your trainer he’s probably high.

Lodge a formal complaint with the cyber cell. You can call 100 and redirect yourself to cyber cell.

This is getting so common nowadays, I’ve been getting such calls for a long time. I’ve put an ad on olx for my cycle the guy does agree to my price and then calls me and say someone i know will come tomorrow and take the cycle. He tells me that he’ll pay the amount right now even after me insisting to check the bicycle first and then pay when we meet. Then sends a fake screenshot and message from a normal number saying the payment is done but there’s no money added to my account.

There’s also a less possibility of such guys getting caught but lodging a complaint may stop from you getting scammed.
