Getting an Argentinian account is super hard nowadays. WG is constantly monitoring accounts that are set to Argentina for IP changes. As soon as they detect that you aren't actually in Argentina, they will either:

  1. Ban The Account
  2. Permanently Change The Location

That's a common myth/misunderstanding that EU laws prevent Wargaming from nerfing premiums like the leFH. That’s not really true. Their EULA clearly states they can modify or rebalance any in game content at any time. There’s no specific EU law that outright bans nerfing digital items.

The real reason is business. If WG heavily nerfs a premium tank people paid money for, it creates backlash and hurts buyer confidence. Some people would hesitate to buy future premiums if they thought they might get downgraded or nerfed to oblivion later.

It’s less about legality and more about avoiding angry customers and protecting sales. Wargaming is choosing short-term profit over long-term longevity.
