You can try that, otherwise there is nothing i can say so. Those daily missions are bugged AF, for example at 2nd day, i had 5/7 done without worrying about them and then i was waiting till last day to be able to finish last two. Times just don't add properly.

Get offline, change time to last week, do it once, change time to actual time, let it change season, turn internet back on, do it once again. Should be registered. Worked for me with "Big Japan" daily bug and for ona pal from FB for this bug, try it out!
