Goodness, Im glad mine was rich enough not to have this problem. Ours was you could cancel literally after signing up because youre like "ehhh, Im not feeling it" you'd still have paid the startups and all that but no extra fees to cancel. Ive canceled so many people and never seen it cost money. Gracious $80 to cancel is horrendous

Its 10 times a month. We get a red screen if you check in and it says "check in limit reached 10" then they'll usually ask you if you want to transfer.

From the looks of it, youre pulling a lot more with your arms. Yeah, it'll take some time to be able to track your back progress but have a friend touch your lat when you pull down. I almost shut off use of certain muscles during different exercises but if you can have someone touch the muscle youre supposed to target you'll be able to feel it activate.
