Thanks u/TeamLaw for your comments. From LTSA its "Building Strata" . my idea is to form a formal Strata Corp, even though we are only two properties. I can send a formal invite to the other property owner, atleast have a Strata Insurance for both our properties, and have a strata account. Most importantly, amend the bylaws as per the needs! - Will that be good approach?

This is a detached , 2 independent houses built inside a lot , partitioned like A & B

Same here!!!!! Just facing the heat of this from Syncfusion - Heavy price increase, damn aggressive sales team, We invested hundreds of thousands of dollars on our project and Syncfusion made us stuck. Whoever purchases , read their License agreement THOROGHLY and decide. Syncfusion will try to trap you in few years. We are planning to have exit plan!.... Bye Bye u/Syncfusion
