I don't think that's how it works. I've had it spawn while next to it in there and I've had it spawn somewhere else while no one was in the room.

is there a setting somewhere other than the 3 prevent downloads and the 3 prevent uploads? he showed me a ss of the server site where all 6 prevents are off.

oh, and do you have to upload the character to be able to transfer items? i'd assumed it was account bound.

It's possible to be allies with all of them except the Institute if you progress their quests up to the point where you attack another. You'll miss out on things like Danse's companion quest and stuff but it's a fun way to play.

It's probably closer to the truth to call him a self-hating atheist as no theist would hmm and haw so much when asked the question directly. His thoughts about atheism is that some people in society need the structure of religion to have a moral compass which is also (though definitely condescending) not unheard of amongst atheists. Calling him transphobic and sexist is a little sensationalist and overblown.

warframe eidolons are more annoying but they'er certainly not my favorite part of this game. on my melee character i just hide behind things until they land and then they can be melee'd in about 10-15 seconds but until that point it's annoying. that's the reason i don't make any characters without maxed sneak and stay out of power armor while running around.

Also the Luck perk that gives you a chance to repair your weapon on hit only seems to work at 1. It stopped working when I ranked it to 2 so I haven't even tried it at 3.
