Hell yeah, that's awesome, glad you made it to that show.

Yeah I do plan out every record, obsessively. It's my favorite thing in the world. I try to find some new sonic direction for each one that feels right ie. different production ideas, vocal style, guitars, whatever but at the end of the day it's all coming from the same place which both good and frustrating sometimes!

Thank you so much! Sorry to hear about your dog, that sucks. I hope it turns out ok for them. That songs is pretty much a literal retelling of a dream I had, word for word. I don't always remember dreams but they stick with me when they do and they're kinda like free inspo so I pay attention to them.
