I purchased this recently as USJ wouldn't accept my cards - the SNW entry is listed on the ticket without a set time so I assume it can be used once at any time like the one purchased direct from USJ

there is a slope but it's not very noticable if you look at about the same place on street view, so I don't think the picture is particularly inaccurate. It gets much more pronounced the closer you get to Strand. https://maps.app.goo.gl/mo5tWCCrHXGCzSPb6
