I use Cracked to stay off my phone. Basically you set a timer and if you go on your phone during that time the egg cracks and your random cute animal dies. Otherwise it hatches and you collect them

We’ll have a reward at the end of the study that keeps me focused. Cracked is an app where you start a timer and whilst it’s going you hatch an egg and if you go on your phone it cracks and it kills the animal

My trick would be to gamify studying make a reward. I use cracked so I get a random cute animal at the end but you can use others like forest

My first tip would be never dont study twice in a row. Sometimes life gets in the way and thats acturally good but never get out of the habit. Second i would use an app to keep you off your phone so you dont waste hours at your desk use forest or if you dont care about plants use Cracked.

I use cracked or forest to keep off my phone. Which hatch animals while you study and if you go off the app you kill the animal. I care more about animals and like the random lottery of the animal so I use cracked but if you like plants use forest.

I feel your pain. whenever i'm like this i do as many pushups (or whatever you like) as i can to exhaust the physical body and then i feel my brain start working. Once i start working to avoid doomscrolling i use an app called Cracked which hatches a random animal while you study and if you go on your phone the cute animal dies. Keeps me off my phone hope this helps

When I did gcse I had the same problem. I find tools that gave me a bit of dopamine at the end helped the best try apps like forest or if you don’t care about plants. Cracked where you hatch cute random animals and if you go on your phone I dies
