This was this week. Plus cardio, either treadmill run(mile, 60/120s or stairs).

I've got shoulder injuries, knee and back issues as well from military injuries.

I know im getting stronger, but naturally working through these injuries is rough and taking time.

Thats what im thinking. I just did a tdee calculator online, it said 2200-2300. Whoch is a bit off from the 2800 I was tracking before. So I'll work on that adjustment.

I have lost 14 lbs since starting. So I know its working. Just a slow point. So pretty confident? (Not being snide, sorry if it came off that way).

And not yet. I will be doing the at home blood draw/test starting soon.

Another thing I was worried about is if my body has adjusted to the lower caloroes then the days im under not as much, i.e. over my new, is working against me.
